Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Telemetry Monitor Nurse to observe and interpret cardiac rhythms at the central telemetry station. The role requires assessing patient data, recognizing rhythm changes, and communicating findings to the care team.

Responsibilities include documenting rhythms, maintaining telemetry equipment, supporting the healthcare team, and ensuring regulatory education. A High School Diploma or GED and ECG training are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ECG class and ECG exam is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waveforms and identify normal rhythms and dysrhythmias.
• Document rhythm strips every shift and after changes.
• Troubleshoot telemetry transmitters and receivers.
• Communicate abnormal rhythms to the healthcare team.
• Provide customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain unit regulatory education and participate in continuing education.
