Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate security systems.
• CPR certification (Willing to train) and 1–2 years security experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and provide HS diploma or GED documentation.
• Excellent report writing and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Coordinate with law enforcement in emergencies.
