GardaWorld Security Services in Springdale, PA is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. In this role you will monitor security feeds, identify threats, document events, and respond to incidents to protect people and property.

The position offers a set schedule Thursday-Sunday 2:00pm–10:00pm, competitive hourly pay of $16.50, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• You may need a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
