Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Surveillance Agent to maintain the integrity of gaming operations through vigilant CCTV monitoring on a per-shift basis. You will notify supervisors of any non-compliance and document remedial actions to protect assets.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in a related field and 2 years of casino surveillance experience; supervisory experience preferred. On-site role in Snoqualmie, WA with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Private Investigation, or related field. An additional one (1) year of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Casino Surveillance Operator required, with experience leading others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain per-shift surveillance operations and monitor compliance with regulations and game rules.
• Notify shift supervisor of violations or compromised assets and document remedial actions.
• Collaborate with other casino departments when surveillance coverage is required.
• Develop operators and support ongoing surveillance improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
