Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. seeks a Night Manager to direct daily store team activities in the absence of the Store Manager during assigned shifts. The Night Manager will close the store, safeguard property and funds, and monitor employee performance.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong product knowledge, and supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to lift 50lbs and pass background/drug tests are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager during assigned shifts.
• Responsible for closing the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors the day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
