Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financial information to guide decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and mentor team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote career paths and development; oversee promotions decisions.
• Document disciplinary actions and manage performance.
• Oversee P&L, sales, and shrink targets for the department.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and Meijer standards.
• Communicate the Meijer Friendly Initiative in meetings.
• Ensure staff training completion and safety protocols.
• Spend most time interacting with customers and team.
