Job summary

The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 60 lbs, and flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays. Training covers safety, sanitation, and stocking procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep store ready for customers during daytime.
• Overnight shifts focus on preparing the store for the next day with deliveries and stocking.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain organized work areas.
• Follow store policies and safety procedures.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items.
