Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Stocker to stock food shelves and keep products in the correct locations.

You will stock from an l-cart or pallet, use location codes, pull back stock and trash to the back room, and work with management to ensure timely stocking. The role requires comfort with computers, a process-driven approach, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Stock shelves from an l-cart or pallet and place in the correct locations.
• Follow location codes on boxes to stock areas.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.
• Comfort using computer systems and follow procedures in an organized way.

Responsibilities

• Stock food shelves with a variety of products.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room to the correct areas.
• Work with management to ensure correct areas are stocked in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.
