Job summary

WinCo Foods in Longview, WA is seeking a stocker/replenishment associate to maintain stock levels and deliver friendly service.

You will work 6-8 hour shifts, often nights, 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, including weekends and holidays. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, operate pallet jacks, and ensure products are fresh and properly displayed. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on low prices and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs frequently.
• Stand, walk, and move rapidly for long periods.
• Learn and memorize product locations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers with a friendly, courteous approach.
• Maintains quality of products; stocks, rotates, and faces merchandise; handles out-of-date items.
• Orders products, builds displays and operates related equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Performs duties with honesty, integrity and teamwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
