Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Night Stocker to maintain and replenish stock safely and efficiently in our 24/7 environment. You will work 6–8 hour shifts from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, ensuring products are fronted, rotated, and stocked for customer needs while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include stocking, facing, building displays, operating hand trucks and pallet jacks, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Provides friendly, courteous service to customers and internal staff.
• Requires good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities to welcome, engage, serve and thank customers.
• Maintains product quality; stocks, rotates, and faces merchandise.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment.
• May train other employees and perform checking duties.
