Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Day shifts on the floor involve stocking products, organizing shelves, and helping customers locate items.

Overnight shifts focus on deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays. The role also includes moving products from backroom to floor, rotating inventory, and maintaining clean, organized work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills for assisting customers on the sales floor.
• Stocking and merchandising: place products on shelves and maintain displays.
• Product knowledge of store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Attention to detail in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Organization and time management to handle workload efficiently while keeping areas clean.
• Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and other equipment safely.
• Inventory awareness: monitor stock levels and maintain backroom organization.
• Operational awareness: follow company policies, safety procedures, stocking processes.
• Adaptability to varied shifts including day, evening, or overnight.
• Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, stockrooms, and back stock; assist customers with questions and locating items.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and reset displays as needed.
• Rotate inventory and ensure labeling and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies in daily stocking activities.
