Backroom organization and inventory rotation are essential parts of the role, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. The position requires 18+ and flexibility across day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves during daytime and overnight shifts to keep displays full and organized.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items on the floor.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy.
