Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and stores ready for customers. You will stock products, organize shelves, assist customers, and move items from backroom to sales floor while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires physical stamina, adaptability to day, evening, or overnight shifts, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely. Prior retail or stocking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stocking products, organizing shelves, and assisting customers with questions or locating items
• Move products from backroom to sales floor
• Rotate inventory and keep aisles clear and easy to shop
• Maintain backroom organization
• Operate pallet jacks and other store equipment following safety guidelines
• Follow company policies and stocking processes
• Adapt to day, evening, or overnight shifts and varied schedules
• Lift up to 60 lbs and handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
