Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize displays to keep the store ready for customers
• Assist customers with questions and locating items on the sales floor
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety procedures
• Adapt to day, evening, or overnight shifts and handle freight efficiently
