Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize displays on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items.
• Prepare the store for overnight shifts by handling deliveries and resetting displays.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain clean work areas and labeling accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes as directed by policy.
