Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a dedicated stock associate to maintain stock levels and assist customers during night shifts. You will ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed while upholding a friendly customer-first approach in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, operating pallet jacks and forklifts as needed, and supporting a safe work environment. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification (Per State Laws).
• Work varied nights in a 24/7 operation; including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers with a friendly, courteous service mindset.
• Maintains quality condition of products; stocks, rotates, and faces items; discards outdated products.
• Cuts boxes and places small containers on shelves.
• Keeps a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
• Orders products, cuts cases, stacks, prices and merchandises.
• Builds product displays and operates related equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity; may assist with training other employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
