Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a stocker to maintain shelves and assist customers during a night shift. You will stock, rotate, and face products, while operating pallet jacks and hand trucks. A strong focus on friendly, courteous service is essential to support our 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team members. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and internal staff.
• Maintain stock quality, rotate, and face products; handle inventory procedures.
• Work nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation; adapt to varying shifts.
• Perform basic math and verify shelf labeling and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Stocking, rotating, and facing merchandise; discarding spoiled items.
• Handling boxes and merchandise with pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Training other employees as needed and performing other duties as assigned.
