Job summary

Shaw’s and Star Market seeks a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. You will stock during daytime hours and assist customers, while overnight shifts focus on deliveries, backroom work, and displays readiness.

You’ll rotate inventory, reset displays, and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced environment. Role involves lifting up to 60 lbs, operating pallet jacks, and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles and backroom.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes as outlined by the company.
