Job summary

WinCo Foods in Boise, Idaho is hiring for a Stocker/Inventory Clerk responsible for maintaining stock, replenishing shelves, and delivering friendly, courteous service to customers during 9:00 pm to 9:00 am shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation, lift up to 50 lbs, operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, and help keep the store clean and organized while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and internal staff.
• Work varied night shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/move for long periods.
• Learn product locations, policies and PLU codes as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers while maintaining stock and shelf integrity.
• Replenish stock, rotate products and face merchandise on shelves.
• Build displays and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, sanitary work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
