Job summary

WinCo Foods in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain and replenish inventory and deliver friendly customer service in a busy environment.

You will work 6–8 hour night shifts (9:00 pm to 9:00 am), lift up to 40 lbs, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed while following safety standards and company policies. Join a team that supports employee ownership and community service.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Exhibit interpersonal skills with oral and written communication.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide).

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintains product quality, stocks, rotates, faces products and manages stockroom.
• Cuts boxes precisely and places small containers on shelves.
• Maintains a safe, secure and sanitary work environment.
• Orders products, cuts cases, stacks, prices and marks merchandise.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity.
• Trains other employees and performs other duties as assigned.
