Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring to maintain and replenish stock in a safe, efficient manner while delivering friendly customer service. The role typically runs 6-8 hour shifts between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, requiring the ability to stand, move quickly and handle heavy lifting.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating stock, facing merchandise, operating hand trucks and pallet jacks, and upholding safety and sanitation standards in a 24/7 environment. Training other employees may be part of duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide consistently friendly, courteous service to customers and colleagues.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks reliably.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages and thanks customers with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Maintains product quality, stocks, rotates and faces merchandise; manages stockroom.
• Cuts boxes and places small containers on shelves.
• Operates pallet jacks and related equipment; builds product displays.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity and may train other employees.
