Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain and replenish stock, ensuring products are neatly displayed and available for customers during 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM shifts. The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service and accurate shelf appearance.

Responsibilities include stocking, facing, rotating products, and operating pallet jacks while maintaining safety and quality. Candidates must be at least 18 and hold a Food Handlers Certification where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to engage with shoppers respectfully.
• Ability to perform basic math and handling of store duties.
• Willingness to work nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possession of Food Handlers Certification as per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock to meet customer needs.
• Keep products well stocked, rotated, faced and in good condition.
• Operate pallet jacks and related equipment safely.
• Build product displays and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist customers and provide courteous service.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
