Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a stock associate to maintain and replenish stock, provide friendly customer service, and support displays. Shifts run 6–8 hours between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am, with varied nights including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include stocking, facing, safety, and assisting customers and teammates. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a Food Handlers Certification where required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification (Per State Laws).
• Ability to work nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers with friendly service.
• Maintains stock quality; rotates, faces products and manages shelf stock.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklift as needed.
• Performs checking duties and may train other employees.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment and adheres to policies.
