Job summary

WinCo Foods in Centralia, WA is hiring for a Stocker/Stock Clerk role within our 24/7 operation. Maintain and replenish stock safely and efficiently to meet customer purchasing needs while delivering friendly, courteous service.

Shifts are typically 6-8 hours between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am, with opportunities to train other staff. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Able to provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification is required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities to welcome, engage, serve and thank customers.
• Maintains the quality condition of all products; stocks, rotates, and faces product; discards outdated and spoiled products and maintains stockroom.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Orders products, cut cases, stacks, prices and marks merchandise.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
