Qualifications

• STNA certification required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning.
• Promote resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
