Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, CCTV, and life-safety alarms and respond per SOPs.
• Dispatch security personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Provide real-time situational awareness during incidents and document events.
• Process badge requests, conduct access audits, and manage credentials.
• Review surveillance footage and preserve video evidence with chain-of-custody.
• Support lab and facilities emergencies and assist with business continuity.
