Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking Snow Removal Operators to keep parking lots and roadways clear during night shifts. Operators will use heavy equipment, coordinate with other departments, and help ensure safe, accessible mountain facilities for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates are night-dedicated, physically capable, and safety‑minded, with a valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus. This role offers a seasonal or year‑round opportunity with strong benefits and mountain lifestyle perks.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Night work in variable weather conditions.
• Clear communication with team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from parking lots and roadways.
• Clear snow from maintenance areas and inspect equipment.
• Inspect and prepare equipment shifts; build/check tire chains as needed.
• Assist mechanics with snow removal equipment maintenance.
