Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Registry by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists or NBRC as an RRT required.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years of experience in sleep disorders testing.
• Proficiency with sleep testing equipment and understanding sleep physiology.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostic sleep monitoring studies.
• Obtain artifact-free sleep tracings and analyze results to support clinicians.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain quality recordings.
• Review patient history and adhere to departmental policies and regulatory standards.
