Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Night Site Safety Manager in New York City, NY. This role focuses on implementing safety policies, leading safety personnel, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field and 10–20 years of construction experience, with OSHA 30-hour training. Salary ranges from 110,000 to 180,000 and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• OSHA 30 hour training required.
• 10–20 years of general construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Monitor effectiveness of the safety management system and progress against safety standards.
• Lead and provide functional management for safety personnel.
• Inspect facilities to detect hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Produce safety management reports on safety performance.
• Review accident and incident reports and ensure preventive actions.
• Report on safety performance for the business unit to management.
• Consults with Corporate Safety Director on safety management.
