Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old for insurance purposes.
• Prior hotel or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to destinations and assist with luggage.
• Provide information and respond to guests in a friendly, positive manner.
• Follow guest service recovery program and hotel procedures.
• Fill out required logs and perform safety checks on vehicles.
• Maintain cost controls and plan to avoid unnecessary trips.
• Adhere to safety and hotel procedures and ensure a clean work area.
