Job summary

Pilgrim in Denver seeks a Night Shipper to join the Shipping department on a Denver bargaining hourly basis. Reports to the Shipping Lead/Shipping Supervisor and works at the Shipping/Receiving Dock.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, select orders from sheets, build pallets, and load trailers while maintaining safety and GMP/OSHA compliance. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma and English proficiency, with 40+ hour work weeks in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass drug, background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner.
• Use order sheets to accurately select cases of product.
• Build pallets of product according to company standards.
• Load trailers in a safe and organized manner.
• Perform cleaning and general housekeeping tasks each night.
• Perform Letdowns accurately in a timely manner.
• Fill out all paperwork accurately and completely.
• Adhere to GMP standards.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations.
• Communicate inaccuracies with Leads and Supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
