• Schedule: 7pm to 7am - 2,2,3 schedule, required to work every other weekend
• Compensation: Local, paid hourly
• Starting wage: $24.16/hour, increasing to $25.19 after 6 months, and $26.21 after 1 year

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers and containers between yard locations as a company yard driver.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard trucks and trailers.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Detect and eliminate safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Understand DOT regulations regarding safe driving, hours of service, inspections, maintenance, and transportation of materials.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug (including marijuana) and alcohol screening.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• No major chargeable accidents.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
