Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work or related field.
• Minimum two years working with youth in residential or related human services.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Trauma-informed, youth-centered approach when interacting with youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide active supervision and support to youth during overnight hours.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and monitor youth behavior.
• Oversee shift assignments, training, and adherence to agency policies.
• Ensure staff follow safety, documentation, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate shift-to-shift communications and handoffs.
• Complete incident reporting and post-incident reviews.
