Job summary

The Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Youth Services Worker Overnight at the Western Secure Treatment Unit in Emlenton, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing around-the-clock supervision and support to youth in a secure residential setting.

You will address the youths’ health, education, and personal needs through counseling and skill-building activities, working with a team to implement treatment plans and ensure safety during night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of youth in a secure residential facility.
• Address physical, personal and health needs of each youth through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities; support educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with staff to meet each youth’s treatment plan goals.
