• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in social work or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years direct service experience with youth in human services; at least 1 year supervisory or team lead experience.
• Training in de-escalation and trauma-informed interventions.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proven leadership abilities in supervision, training, decision-making, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly program operations, ensure safety and compliance, and manage boundaries with upper leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff during night shifts; handle incidents and emergencies.
• Assign tasks, monitor staff-to-client ratios, and coordinate handoffs with day shifts.
• Provide direct overnight support to youth, conduct safety checks and crisis interventions.
• Complete all night-shift documentation and incident reports within 24 hours.
• Monitor overnight facility needs, housekeeping, and vehicle readiness for emergencies.
• Maintain clear professional communication with program leadership and attend trainings.
