Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Youth Advocate Coordinator for our Juvenile Justice residential program in Clinton, MA.

You will oversee staff and youth, coordinating daily activities and implementing individualized service plans in a structured setting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and a MA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• At least two years experience with the population
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth
• Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met
• Ensure safety and security, including security checks
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
• Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment
• Help youth identify goals and interests
• Assign and lead daily group activities
• Serve as an advocate and role model for youth
