Heidelberg Materials is seeking a yard operator to safely move materials, load/unload trucks, and inspect for accuracy in a dynamic outdoor setting. You will keep the yard clean and organized while adhering to strict safety procedures and quality standards.

The role requires safe operation of heavy equipment, attention to detail, and strong teamwork in varying weather conditions. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with scheduling and safety considerations at its core.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
