Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southwest Agg LLC is seeking a loader operator to efficiently move and load materials while maintaining safety and equipment. You will follow protocols, perform inspections, and communicate issues to supervisors to keep projects on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate loaders to move and load materials efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
