Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Woodyard Loader Operator to support plant production by receiving, inspecting, mixing, and loading raw materials. The role operates loader equipment, maintaining blend and moisture content per specs.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday nights (10:00pm–6:00am), OT possible. Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader-operating experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of common hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong hand-eye-foot coordination and focus for multitasking.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.
• Ability to follow English safety commands and LOTO procedures.

Responsabilités

• Receive loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect materials to meet quality standards.
• Notify leadership of quality or material issues.
• Mix materials to achieve proper blend and moisture content.
• Load the infeed bin per production schedule.
• Perform loader inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and perform basic maintenance.
• Communicate material needs and equipment status to team.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
