Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist for the Wet Chemistry focus on the 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am, M-F). The role involves preparing environmental samples, performing analyses, and reporting data in compliance with QA programs.

Requires a chemistry degree or related lab experience, English proficiency, and US work authorization. The position includes routine instrument tasks, QC sample handling, and maintaining training and safety standards while supporting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field or an Associate degree; or 2 years of related lab experience in lieu of degree.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis and quantify data; report results to supervisor.
• Maintain and operate routine laboratory instruments and perform maintenance tasks.
• Document QC samples (MDL, LOD/LOQ, PT) and ensure training records are up to date.
• Follow SOPs and QA programs; ensure safety and compliance in the lab.
• Inventory and stock laboratory supplies and manage glassware.
