Job summary

Next Level Business Services is seeking a Welder/Assembly/ Warehouse Worker for a 3rd shift role in manufacturing. You will join a team to safely produce skid steer weldments and support high quality weld results.

The position requires 2–4 years in welding, a HS diploma or GED, and familiarity with GMAW processes; AWS certifications are a plus. Expect certification testing on hire and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of welding industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• GMAW welding knowledge with certification testing on hire is expected.
• AWS welding certifications are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety regulations and wear all PPE.
• Read and interpret work instructions to assemble parts per quality standards.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
• Position and secure work pieces with hoists and cranes.
• Inspect critical parts prior to production.
• Keep work area clean per World Class Manufacturing standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Perform basic data entry and suggest improvements.
• Communicate clearly in English.
