Job summary

AUTOKINITON is hiring an Assembly Operator in Auburn, Indiana for the Weld Department on the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). The role reports to Production Supervisors within Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate welding equipment, load parts, and ensure weld quality while contributing to a safe, collaborative work environment. We provide competitive wages starting at $21.00/hour with shift premium, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts from baskets/containers or offload conveyor.
• Load/transfer parts on fixtures as required.
• Activate welder.
• 100% inspection of automatic welds, nuts, and studs.
