• Explain and document classification corrections clearly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Navigate the internet effectively using keywords for research.

• Available to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports to identify potential issues.
• Conduct inspections of shipments on the dock using handheld devices.
• Review BOL and billing descriptions to verify accuracy.
• Gather shipment information including dimensions, pictures and commodity characteristics.
• Research NMFC provisions for applicable description and class.
• Issue document corrections based on NMFC provisions.
• Upload documents and pictures into the image system for review.
• Maintain reports to measure corrections activity and revenue recovery.
