The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification is a plus. Training is available for those new to long-term care, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting; willing to train the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification a plus.
• Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT WEEKENDS ONLY 2 NIGHTS A WEEK 12 HOUR SHIFTS, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to nursing staff.

About the Role
