Job summary

Harmony House Memory Care in Ocala, Florida, is seeking a Med Tech / Direct Care Staff for nights only. This part-time role covers 7pm–7am, three nights per week, with 12-hour shifts. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, medications, and personalized care while collaborating with a compassionate care team.

Ideal candidates have CPR and First Aid certifications, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and grow in a respectful, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; willingness to learn.
• Part-time availability; nights; 3 days per week; 12-hour shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care needs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
• Med Tech / Direct Care Staff duties may include: vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and resident assessments.
