Job summary

APOTEX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the midnight shift in the Plainfield, IN area. You will perform material movement duties including receiving, picking, packing and shipping finished goods, while maintaining SAP accuracy.

Role requires English fluency, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime. Familiarity with GMP, SOPs and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
• Willing to work various shifts and overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to pick orders and restock; SAP updated.
• Pack shipments in SAP with correct product, lot numbers and labels.
• Ship orders using a computerized freight management system.
• Move materials to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely per trainings.
• Receive materials and verify shipments for overages/shortages/damage.
• Notify Inventory Analyst of inventory discrepancies.
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, SWPs and training records.
• Adhere to FDA and other regulations; maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve outcomes.
