Job summary

Corden Pharma Colorado is seeking a Night shift Warehouse Associate to support safe distribution and storage of materials. The role requires following SOPs, handling inventory transactions in SAP, and coordinating deliveries to production areas.

Night shift runs 6 PM–6 AM with an 18% shift differential in addition to base pay. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate electronic/paper data entry for the movement, reconciliation, receipt, shipping, and labeling of materials; ensures accurate inventory transactions and cycle counting in SAP.
• Reads and understands safety rules and ensures PPE is worn properly.
• Complies with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations and SOPs.
• Operates forklift and coordinates movement of materials to Production and laboratories; maintains forklift-related equipment as needed.
• Receives, handles, and delivers raw materials to and from Manufacturing.
• Maintains proper storage of chemicals and materials; documents paperwork for inventory control.
• Detects hazards and responds to emergencies during daily operations.
• Trains in SAP material movement and performs SAP transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinates warehouse dock activities and unloading/loading of trucks; informs Purchasing about damaged goods or back-ordered items.
