Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate in Watertown, WI is seeking a Warehouse Technician for night shift (4:55pm–5:25am, Wed-Fri and every other Sat). You will process orders, manage inventory, and safely operate material handling equipment to support on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year industrial warehouse experience including forklift operation and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WMS, Navision, and related plant systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping orders for shipment.
• Move ingredients/finished materials and maintain FIFO/product rotation.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and tankers.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, load, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Maintain regular attendance.
