Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of complex industrial experience (machine operation, troubleshooting, mechanical, etc.).
• Experience in food manufacturing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Read recipes and produce chocolate and coating per GMP/HACCP and safety rules.
• Operate mixer, chipline, packaging equipment; monitor quality and cleanliness.
• Collect samples, test product stages, and log production data.
• Maintain and clean equipment; assist with setup, teardown and safety trainings.
