Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to perform lift-truck operations, order picking, and inbound receiving. You will use handheld scanners, load/unload trailers, and maintain a clean, safe environment on the night shift (10:00pm–6:30am).

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of warehouse experience, and Lift Truck Certification. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Conditional-offer recipients may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment
• Demonstrate commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
• Work the night shift Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:30am
